THE COTTAGE from the boardwalk to the beach steps
THE COTTAGE shares Eureka Dune with the DeWitt family's summer home. The Cottage has been there for 115 years. 67 have been in the family.
There are four acres of wooded dune and 235 feet of private sandy beach for use by all renters. You get there by 100 steps. Sounds like a lot, but it builds stamina.
We enjoy sharing our special spot with others - adults, children, dogs, foxes, deer, raccoons, seagulls, bald eagles, monarch butterflies, hummingbirds...
